There are a large number of different olive varieties used for the extraction of olive oils. We have deliberately chosen 2 olive varieties, which, as we find, are the best to cover a wide range of tastes.
The olive oil ORIGINAL is pressed exclusively from the Arbequina variety. A mild fruity olive oil, which is perfect for daily use. For steaming, dressing or dipping bread.
The STRONG is pressed from the PICUAL olive. An intensive olive oil that should be given as spice over steaks or tomato salads.
